Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Entifics website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Entifics, its users, or third parties. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: uploading content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, engaging in fraudulent activity, attempting to disrupt or interfere with the Service's infrastructure, or impersonating any person or entity.

You are solely responsible for any designs, images, text, or other content you upload to the platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights and licenses to use and distribute such content.

All content on the Entifics platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Entifics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any platform content without our prior written permission.

When you upload original designs or artwork to the Service, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. By uploading content, you grant Entifics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely to the extent necessary to fulfill your order and operate the Service.

All orders placed through the Service are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we believe an order involves fraudulent activity or violates these Terms.

Prices displayed on the platform are in Armenian Dram (֏) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when your order is placed, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Entifics and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Entifics in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) ֏10,000.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a prominent notice on our platform.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revised version of these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
